Please include whether you used the website, ChatGPT or Codex, the reading type, language, device or browser, the approximate time, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot with personal information removed can help. Do not include passwords, API keys, private session credentials or your full chat history.
A reading will not load
Check your connection and try reopening the existing component. For a custom MCP connection, refresh its metadata and start a new chat if needed. An expired or lost anonymous session cannot be recovered by account or device; a new draw is a separate reading. If the problem continues, email us with the details above.
